Our Cowbridge clinic is located in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan within Barefoot Studios, a mutidisciplinary centre offering Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Sports massage and pilates for injury rehabilitation.

Flexible afternoon and evening appointments are available, with a friendly welcome in relaxing surroundings. All practitioners are Chartered Physiotherapists registered with the Health Professions Council, guaranteeing the client a high standard of healthcare.

Health & Sports Physio teams up with Wales U18s
Wales U18s Rugby Physiotherapist
    
Dan Jones, has been awarded the prestigious position of Wales U18s team physiotherapist for the current Six Nations U18s Championship. To date the team have played France and Italy U18s, with the next game being England U18s in the semi-final of the competition.

Dan commented, 'It is a great honour to work with a group of such talented and committed young rugby athletes. The professionalism the players demonstrate at such a young age, makes the role of team physiotherapist that much easier in keeping the squad as injury free as possible'.

Congratulations as Cardiff Physio makes MACP list

Gareth Venn, the clinical lead Physiotherapist at our Cardiff clinic has recently been accepted on to the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) register. The MACP is a group of Physiotherapists recognised for their standard of excellence in neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Gareth is currently completing his dissertation for his MSc in Neuro-Muscular Physiotherapy at Cardiff University and has a specialist interest in the treatment of back and neck pain.
